Our pancake mix only uses sustainably grown, locally sourced and freshly milled heritage wheat varieties. Spelt and Sonora were carefully chosen for their rich, sweet, buttery and earthy flavor. These ancient grains are stone milled to keep 100% of the whole grain and retain all of the fiber and minerals. Delicious and Nutritious.
